Local Delivery Service
Service is provided by professional delivery personnel to ensure proper installation & assembly of your new furniture. The company uses state-of-the-art delivery software which allows seamless communication between the drivers, customers, & office personnel. Delivery includes In-home service for 6 months (see terms & conditions).
Did you purchase reclining furniture? Reclining furniture’s size can make it difficult to fit through tight doorways & hallways. To be prepared, please consider derailing your reclining furniture before delivery.
Our warehouse can derail your reclining furniture for $50 (up to 3 pieces) before delivery.
If you do not derail in advance & it is necessary to derail at your home, the derailing fee will be $100 (up to 3 pieces). This will be paid to our corporate office over the phone during the delivery.
*Local delivery is defined as a 10 -miles radius around our specific locations. Anything outside of the local delivery radius, or outside of Maryland, will include additional fees. Our contracted delivery service does not move or remove existing furniture due to liability & sanitary reasons. If your selected delivery day does not work for you anymore, you must cancel within 72 hours or you will receive an unloading fee equal to your delivery charge. Balances must be paid before scheduling delivery or pick-ups. In-home service does not apply to dining chairs & stools, they must be brought back to the Gavigan warehouse for service. If the building has an elevator, a single elevator ride above the 1st floor is $25.00. See associate for details.
